Lawin Technologies Incorporated, originally established as Lawin Engineering and Management Services in 1994, has consistently grown and evolved to meet the needs of its clients. Incorporated in 1997, Lawin Technologies is registered under the Securities and Exchange Commission (Reg. No. A1997-21554) and obtained its Category “A” Philippine Contractors Accreditation Board License in 1998.

Engr. Pablito C. Ocampo M.P.A.
Engr. Pablito C. Ocampo was the founder of Lawin Technologies Inc. and served as the company’s pillar since 1994. As the President and Chairman of the Board, Engr. Ocampo focused primarily on the strategy of the business and the initiatives that supported its growth. Backed with 47 years of working experience in various functions of engineering, Lawin Technologies Inc. became a powerhouse in different engineering fields. He was a certified Safety Practitioner, ASEAN Engineer, and an ASEAN Chartered Professional Engineer. He held a Master’s Degree in Public Management from Ateneo de Manila University and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Mapua Institute of Technology. He served as the national president of the Philippine Society of Mechanical Engineers in 2015 and headed the PSME Manila chapter.
